Do you provide warranty repairs?
Warranties must be claimed through the manufacturer. We are approved service technicians for leading brands and can assist with inspections and installations/repairs, subject to the terms of the warranty.

What do spa error codes mean?

Why is there sand coming out of my jets?
Sand or filter media returning to the pool can indicate damaged laterals or another filtration issue. Stop relying on the system until it has been checked and contact CoastalClear for an inspection and repair.

My pool is still green. What do I do?

My spa isn’t heating. What should I check?
